So I want to make a Check-In system, and I wanted to know the best way to do this.
Should I make my UI on Roblox and make all my buttons on a third party website?
Should I make this paid or free ( I personally want to go paid )
What should the design for this be?

I wouldn’t recommend using external applications if you’re not the best at UI, since those sites (such as Figma, etc.) have complex tools that even I don’t yet fully understand. Buttons should be made in Roblox Studio since I’m 99% sure you can’t import functioning buttons from external websites.
If you want to go paid, perhaps start at a rather cheap price such as 150-200 Robux, that way you will start to gain more customers.
Should be possible, you need to use a fast updating API, with a html button, however you may need to go with a flask or nginx server which isn’t fun.
It should be possible.
However, it is against roblox ToS to link external sites to roblox (directly to your front end user), I don’t see it being very useful to have a web panel for this, it’s simply too much work & many people won’t actually use it.
It will be better to have a control panel internally.
Also make sure you use a good colour palate for your UI.
The biggest people make when designing is UI is having a bad colour palate, there are many useful websites that can give you some inspiration, so make sure to have a look around.
