How do you create a working vehicle + scripts?

Hey everyone!

So, I want to know how to make working vehicles, such as police cars with sirens or normal cars. I also need to know how to make a speedometer UI + gas level UI which will display when you’re in the car for my new roleplay game. Would be appreciated if you can share some knowledge on how to do this, Thanks!
