How to script a VIP-only area?

Hey everyone!

I’m currently working on a VIP-only Condo Estates for my roleplay game, and I want to make it so that only VIP’s can enter through the estate gates, meaning that normal civilians cannot enter, but at the same I want police and firefighters to be able to enter the estates without buying a gamepass in case of a fire inside the Condo Estates. How can I script this?
