This is interesting … Roblox would not allow the same account owner to upload several assets with the same name, unless they are different asset types.
Additionally, Roblox is required to provide some sort of description for the moderation action. It’s strange to see this isn’t the case here.

In chat Roblox may have a fair point of warning you there, depends on how fast you posted it, but if somebody did that on a discord server it would be marked as spam, especially as it looks the offensive items were all individual methods, once again, I don’t know exactly what happened, but if what happened is what I thought what happened, there is a chance that Roblox may have a small point.
Hmm … isn’t there a limit? I’ve tried spamming messages in my own game (via an alt account for performance testing reasons) and I believe there is a limit to how fast you can send messages. If you spam messages too fast, the system will post a message saying to wait a few seconds before sending another message.
True, but this is up to the Game Owner, I have it on in all of my games.
You can turn it off in ChatModules

Yeh, I think that’s against tos.
You never know with roblox, this is why I never rely on these things to handle those types of stuff.

Yea they do have this, you can change the time limit and stuff if chat settings in roblox studio. I feel like as its a bot the bot would still warn us if we were spamming even with this.

flamingo didnt even appeal when @mrflimflam got deleted, he went on twitter and made a post saying “wat” along with a picture of his ban message. and then magically got unbanned.
Perhaps that was because Flamingo has influence over the Roblox community, in fact many YouTubers have influence, and maybe when he posted that Roblox was afraid of the outcome and decided to unban him.
That’s just a theory, I could be wrong.

Once I got banned in Roblox for saying “who wants robux” in a game called Plz Donate.
My friend also got banned for 2 days for saying penguin and bff
