Could add some effects like lighting on the arm on character. And the font could get some improvements. But in general. Pretty Sick!

It’s a nice style, but I don’t think the transparent text or text gradient does it for me.
Try use Complementary colors.
Complementary colors are pairs of colors that are opposite each other on the color wheel, such as black and white, red and green, or yellow and purple. I like it but maybe use a new HDRI or a lightroom. For example the render shown below is what I mean, maybe try to just smooth the lighting out a bit more. Also the text I don’t like because you can only just see what it says. Also the pose looks a bit stiff.

OMG WAIT THE SPHEARS ON THE RIGHT SIDE SAID BYE 
This looks good, however I feel like the background doesn’t match how cartoony the character and candy canes are.
