This is because your staff rank ID is 0 which means anyone can use it. Go to your group settings and you should see the staff Ida

Can you send us some photos of how you have organised your group ranking?

You’ll have to set the rank higher, as everybody can get it. If you want it to be for a specific rank you must change the operator to ==.

Well that’s the owner role, so only you would be able to use it.

The thing is that I made rank 1, the employee in the group and the top can be used, but the ticket does not go to the guest

If I do false it happens this time but guest logs into the computer
