A chapter closed in roblox history

This isn’t a big deal. :alarm_clock:

Technology eventually becomes obsolete as time passes. The last time Roblox discontinued something was in 2019, the discontinuation of windows xp & vista support. The continue to play Roblox on :apple: devices you must have the minimum device listed or higher, you have a month to change if you still use this:

  • iPad 2
  • iPhone 4s
  • iPod Touch (5th gen)

I don’t even know if anybody on this :earth_africa: even still uses these devices, but here we are. I’m surprised that these devices are still being supported. This device has been out of commission since 2015!

But somehow, until 2023 Roblox actively supports this device. The new min req has been discontinued in 2017, so I believe that you should be fairly okay. What are your opinions on this and have any of you ever played roblox on any of these devices?

I have indeed played Roblox on an iPad 2 that was almost my age. Back in 2020 when I first tried Roblox, after inspiration from one of my cousins, the only device I had other than my ThinkPad computer was an iPad 2.

It’s a fact that I’ve been using an iPad 2 to play Roblox and Minecraft since I discovered those games, until I decided to purchase an iPad Pro 11" 2020 model in mid-2020, which I still use today. I still have that iPad 2 somewhere … :mag_right:

Do you now have a PC?

Yes. I used to use either an IPad 1 or 2 but then my twoy old sister broke it ):. It was getting old anyway though, and I had just got a MacBook Pro when she did.

Nope, I still do everything I need to do on a computer with either my Chromebook or other laptops.

Wow - that’s impressive.
