Right, after going back and fourth for many months the problem still persists and the support ROBLOX is giving me is useless.
As said in the header, the problem is still happening occasionally. ROBLOX said they would look into many months ago and then closed my ticket without giving me anyway that could help.
I reinstated that ticket, and they did the same thing. However, I have found the issue but don’t know how to fix it.
When I check the output, it has this error '11:40:53.058 InsertService cannot be used to load assets from the client - Client'.
So, I am guessing his is what is wrong with it. Again, I have done these things to try and help:
- Re-install the app multiple times.
- Turned my device on and off.
- Tried other methods to fix it
- Searched online.
- Much more

Have you removed all plugins?
I have yes, and that didn’t work so I re-installed them.
Is there any sort of blocking software on your internet?
Can you elaborate what you mean by that?
For example do you have child safety protection on your device or internet that may be blocking certain internet traffic?
Is that all that is in console when it occurs?
Nope, I have a anti-virus thats it. And yes, that is all.
I’m pretty sure this would be coming from a plugin. This means that you can’t use InsertService on the client (very logical). Could you ensure you have no scripts that are maybe a virus by checking every single folder in Studio and ensuring it is empty (Make sure you check every single folder).

Okay, I will uninstall them again and check.
Ok, so the message seems to have gone but I don’t see which one it could be? I will add them back one by one and test them to make sure I can give an accurate result.
Fixed - And I have found the plugin!
It was a ‘Load Player’ plugin, so I uninstalled it and everything worked well! Special thanks to @Noah for helping me fix this issue. I mustn’t of uninstalled them all last time.
Don’t use this plugin, otherwise it might affect you!

In addition this applies to all plugins; always be extremely strict when downloading plugins as they may have viruses that can download your map or that will ruin gameplay.
