TL3 is regular: the trust level I have, and TL4 is leader: only cookie has that.
I don’t really get it, only you have TL4. If anyone ranks up from TL3, won’t that kind of make that person a “co-owner” in some way? Or something like a head manager?
No, not only I have TL4, you can earn TL4, but you need to be very dedicated.
Its basically another trust level.

True. Users have to be manually promoted to TL4, they can’t earn it based off of requirements like the rest of the trust levels. And, as of right now, Cookie is the only one who has TL4 although it isn’t unobtainable.
