It’s hard to provide help for a product that is paid, if they have an open support channel why not ask them there instead of here?

Did you have the Test Product?
Copy the EAN and the EAN Active. Paste it in a Tool Product make an Click Script ( I can give you one). Add it in the Product Settings in the POS or SCO and it want to Work but dont Forget the HTTPs Request to Activate
