Help on getting the Product: exe admin panel working

I have setup exe and have ungrouped everything and have put my player id in but it doesn’t open when I use /exe or f2. could someone help me out with this one?

Make sure you’re updated to the latest version, this has been and issue for me, I just uninstall the module then reinstall. and it works.

Does the latest install already have the update? because I installed it earlier today.

Also, make sure your using your keyboard right. If your on a 60% sized keyboard or smaller do FN and F2 and the same time.
