How to insert a .gif in GUI?

I was wondering if it’s possible to insert a .gif into a GUI and parts. If it is possible, any recommended software for making GIFs? Thanks!

I dont believe you can import stuff into studio like videos or video files but you can use the premade roblox videos

I’ve seen some games like Tornado Alley Ultimate which have Frames with animated content on them .

roblox does have premade VIDEOS that you can import into your game but nothing custom at the moment

People make custom ones-

That’s because they have access granted by roblox, that game probably had a a developer granted by roblox to upload videos.

You could also be confusing this up with a cutscene.
