Allow trust lvl two to lock, and delete their own posts.
All trust levels can delete their posts, but once your post reaches a certain amount of views we restrict you from being able to delete your posts, this is to stop conversation gaps, which can become a severe problem if not sorted out. Only TL4 can delete their own posts.
Also they shouldn’t be allowed to lock their posts as their is no reason they should be able to control that.
