Do you think robux websites are a scam? If you don’t k ow what I am talking about, I’m talking about the websites that you go on and enter your username and the websites gives you free robux and all you have yo do is complete quizzes and surveys and all of that. For me, I do not think it is a scam because I have earned close to 10k robux from one of the websites. Tell me if you think it is a scam!
Obviously, they are a scam. There is absolutely no way to get free robux. Chances are they gain access to your ROBLOX account if you attempt to generate Robux.
They are a scam they try to get your account hacked.
Also they ask for your phone number to make you pay a lot of money. (Sometimes)
They want your data, companies sell data to make real money.
Yep! Your so right SCAM no questions asked.
True I never thought about that- but I use a fake phone number.
Not necessarily- they don’t ask for passwords
Only if you are doing an offer
Websites like those are always shady … I’ve heard that verification actually prompts you to give your phone number, name, date of birth, email, location access, etc. I never trust these things.
Nope, not all of them.
Okay. Mister hacker?
Sometimes yes. It happens in more websites than you think.
We all know not all website some say don‘t ever fall for this scam maybe.
Some do though- don’t forget about that
Never enter fake details, that can get you in trouble.
Also your account can get deleted for indulging in these activities.
And they make more money the. You anways…
Those are definitely scams. They have no way to add them to your account, and I doubt their system can buy a giftcard.
Ok, so I just saw this topic but leme explain for y’all ahem @OH20_rbLX @Robin grab some popcorn and sit back and read:
Basically the way these scams! (yes they are all scams) work and make money even if you don’t get robux or even if they don’t take your Roblox account is like this:
When you go on these websites and enter your username and “preferred robux amount” (they have this in there to make it feel more cool, and make it so that you are tempted to try it) they will also use smooth and slick animations to make the website feel more legit (unlike the google forms phone scammers use to get you to submit your bank information lol)
then they will say you need to do a human verification because their auto verification systems failed, this is the part where they start making money: they will tell you to complete 3 of the 5 things to get your robux and basically all the links there are from companies who are paying these websites to run adverts to get their website some traffic, so when you click the links to go on these websites the companies who own these websites will pay these scammer websites because they directed traffic towards their website
but the thing is some of these links are legit scams like “free iphone 12” and they will legit steal ur bank info.
on the other hand tho legit companies that pay these websites dont actually know its a scam because its just a smaller website thats getting like $2/per click but when you have a bunch of 5 year olds doing this the money adds up. So yea thats how these scams work
Some websites are legit, but they make more buckaroonies then you. (Sumary).
Some of them are a scam, but some of them are not. You might get a certain 1/3 robux websites that are not a scam, but otherwise they are a scam.
