In-Game Conduct
Following are rules that everyone must follow at the Bakery or any group inherited game. Depending on the situation, Management Team+ may kick, ban or permanently ban if one does not follow these.
- Trolling: Engaging in a disruptive behavior.
This includes:
- Inappropriate chat messages.
- Glitching in-game.
- Disrupting gameplay.
- Ordering itemâs that arenât on menu.
- Inappropriate clothing/avatar.
You will be removed from the server for doing any of these.
- Exploiting: Known as the use of cheats, special executors and/or server-side unauthorized scripts to perform things that people are not allowed to do.
This includes:
- Noclipping through walls.
- Being in staff areas/non-permitted areas.
- Modifying jumpPower, WalkSpeed and/or having ability to fly.
You will be permanently banned for these acts.
- Bypassing: Act of being able to bypass the roblox chat filter and say things that one may not be able to.
This includes:
- NSFW Bypassing - Permanent ban.
- Non-NSFW Bypassing - Server ban.
- Doxing/Ban Evading/Death Threats: Doxing refers to leaking information about a person or targeting the person to gather information about behavior. Ban evading refers to using alts to bypass a Permanent ban. Death Threats refer to threatening someone of their death by saying similarity to âI will kill youâ or more. This WILL result in a permanent ban.
- Racism, homophobia or sexism: Displaying racist, homophobic, or sexist behavior either verbally, within your name, or via that of clothing is prohibited.
This will result in a permanent ban.
Our Management+ Team has the duty and rights to handle any sort of disruption and/or corruption as stated above depending on the severity. If you feel like youâve been banned, kicked or permanently banned for false; contact a Corporate member.
Rank Information
As we have groups of ranks within our community, we allow people to rank up to them by attending trainings, being active for promotions or applying to them. This category will teach you how to rank up and also explains what each rank does.

Low Ranks
- Trainee is the first rank teamed as Staff but has no ability to do work. You must attend a training to rank up.
- Junior Barista is the second Staff rank; you may take orders at the counter as this rank. You also have access to make orders and hand them to customers. This rank may train for Barista.
- Barista is the third Staff rank; with same abilities as the previous rank. This rank may train for Senior Barista.
- Senior Barista is the final rank you may train for. It has the same abilities as Barista. This rank has to remain active and get noticed for promotions.
- Services Manager is the fifth rank in your career as a staff member. This rank can supervise ranks below them and must remain active to get noticed for promotions.
- Head of Services is the last Low Rank. They may supervise all Services Managers and ranks below them. This rank is eligible to apply for Staff Assistant.
Middle Ranks

Staff Assistant is the first Middle Rank, obtained by new application passers. These passers were Head of Services. Activity gets the rank a promotion. The rank must supervise efficiently and make sure everything is alright. Has the ability to train.

Assistant Supervisor is the second Middle Rank, promoted to by the previous rank. Being active at this rank leads to a promotion. The rank must supervise efficiently and make sure everything is alright. Has the ability to train.

Supervisor is the third Middle Rank, promoted to by the previous rank. Being active at this rank leads to a promotion. The rank must supervise efficiently and make sure everything is alright. Has the ability to train.

Assistant Manager is the fourth Middle Rank, promoted to by the previous rank. Being active at this rank leads to a promotion. The rank must supervise efficiently and make sure everything is alright. Has the ability to train and co-host trainings.

General Manager is the fifth Middle Rank, promoted to by the previous rank. Being active at this rank leads to a promotion. The rank must supervise efficiently and make sure everything is alright. Has the ability to train, co-host and host trainings.
High Ranks
- Corporate Assistant is the first High Rank! General Managers are promoted to Corporate Assistant when recognized and needed. This rank can do that of a General Manager and also supervise at training sessions! This rank onwards, a department with tasks are given. Ranking permissions. Supervise MRâs.
- Corporate Officer is the second High Rank! This rank do all tasks of below ranks and supervise at training sessions. HRâs from the previous rank are promoted to this when recognized for their hard work! This rank onwards, a department with tasks are given. Ranking permissions. Supervise MRâs.
- Senior Corporate Officer is the third High Rank! This rank do all tasks of below ranks and supervise at training sessions. HRâs from the previous rank are promoted to this when recognized for their hard work! This rank onwards, a department with tasks are given. Ranking permissions. Supervise MRâs.
- Executive Assistant is the fourth High Rank! This rank do all tasks of below ranks and supervise at training sessions. HRâs from the previous rank are promoted to this when recognized for their hard work! This rank onwards, a department with tasks are given. Ranking permissions. Supervise MRâs.
- Executive Team is the fifth High Rank! This rank do all tasks of below ranks and supervise at training sessions. HRâs from the previous rank are promoted to this when recognized for their hard work! This rank onwards, a department with tasks are given. Ranking permissions. Supervise MRâs.

- Senior Director is the eighth High Rank! This rank do all tasks of below ranks and supervise at training sessions. Development Team
All ranks below are developers and CAN NOT be promoted to by anyone with ranking permissions. Only Group Owner and Head Developer can discuss and approve new developers.
- Junior Developer is the first rank also known as Trial Developer. Developers when hired are first ranked to this and supervised for their work. Hard work of theirs are then taken as a promotion to be called an official developer.
- Development Team is the second rank. This rank is occupied by official developers that were promoted from Junior Developer for their hard work and dedication.
- Senior Developer is the third rank occupied by extremely hard-working developers for their dedication and contribution.
- Head Developer is the final rank. This rank supervises all developers, works as a developer. Gives tasks to developers and communicates with Group Owner when new developers are needed or if a situation is to be handled.
Leadership Team
- Junior Administrator is the first Leadership Team rank, promoted from Senior Director by Ownership Team when recognized for high activity. This rank can do all tasks of below ranks and supervise at training sessions. Has ability of MR Vacancy application readings. Handle permanent ban appeals. Responsible for Corporate promotions. [Eligible for Department co-leads.]
- Administration Team is the second Leadership Team rank, promoted by Ownership Team when recognized for high activity. This rank can do all tasks of below ranks and supervise at training sessions. Has ability of MR Vacancy application readings. Handle permanent ban appeals. Responsible for Corporate promotions. [Eligible for Department co-leads.]
- Senior Administrator is the third Leadership Team rank, promoted by Ownership Team when recognized for high activity. This rank can do all tasks of below ranks and supervise at training sessions. Has ability of MR Vacancy application readings. Handle permanent ban appeals. Responsible for Corporate promotions.
[Eligible for Department leads.] - Group Director is the fourth and last Leadership Team rank, promoted by Ownership Team when recognized for high activity. This rank can do all tasks of below ranks supervise at training sessions. Has the ability of MR Vacancy application readings. Handle permanent ban appeals. Responsible for Corporate promotions. [Eligible for Department leads.]
Ownership Team
- Presidential Assistant is the rank below President(Group Owner). When this rank is empty, a Group Director is promoted by the President. Presidential Assistantâs are filled by maximum 2 people that are chosen for their stunning activity.
- President is the highest rank that owns the group. This rank can do any sort of promotion, manage the group and do developments. This rank has access to the Twitter page, Roblox Group and more.
Promotion Guide
Trainee â Head of Serivces
As a trainee, you can attend training sessions to train for Junior Barista, Barista and Senior Barista. These are the only ranks that you can earn by training.
The rank after Senior Barista is Services Manager for which youâll need to stay active and get a promotion to. The same applies for Head of Services which is after Services Manager. Getting a promotion is really simple as you get noticed easily, but you must not hint as itâll only decrease your chances.
Head of Services â Staff Assistant
To earn yourself a promotion from Head of Services to the next rank: Staff Assistant, you must be extremely active and show us that you have the will to be a Management Team member for us.
At the start of each month, applications for applying for the Management Team are opened up which allow you to apply for Staff Assistant. You must meet the requirements to apply for this position. Once you pass Round 1, you will proceed to Round 2 which lasts 2 days â You are given a handbook about being a Middle Rank and then a exam about it on the second day.

Staff Assistant+ promotions
Once youâre a Staff Assistant+, youâd need to stay active and do your duties to get noticed by one with authority to promote you. We have a range of ranks you can rank up through and enjoy your career as you get more duties with each rank. Letâs see where you reach in your journey with us.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Additionally, Hinting for promotions will only reduce your chances for a promotion. For a high chance of promotion, we suggest utilizing grammar and remaining professional. If you have any questions regarding promotions; you may DM a member of the Management Team or open a ticket.

Calling for a Management+ Team member may be tricky to some of you. Weâve created a guide to make sure no one is confused about this.

To call a MR+: You need to ping @Staff Assistance in our communications server. While calling a MR+, use the format pinned. The channel used to call assistance is #assistance. Make sure you use the format, which is:
Username: (Full username)

Reason: (What is the person being reported here doing?)
Proof: (Attach images/video evidence that is usefull to MR+.

If you do not have the communications server, ask on the group wall or ask an in-game LR to get someone from the communications server. Please make sure that youâre filling the Username of the disruptive player.
