The reason is because the Roblox DevForum isn’t where people show disgusting photos, NSFW photos, and things like that. There are also talented kids out there that can use proper grammar and are good at building. So people under 13 should be allowed to use DevForum. Also, the DevForum can be used to report bugs without having to type your email and that.

I have just gone and moved your topic from Development to General, and renamed it to a shorter title as it’s more fitting.
You have a valid point, however some under 13s can me immature and not know how to stay safe online.
And, the reason it is for over 13s is because if they let under 13s on, it’s doesn’t comply with COPPA laws, which restrict children that are under 13 from partaking in things such as this.
That is also the reason that the Cookie Tech Forums are also 13+.
