Venture - Moderation With Ease

It has a licence. Use your eyes to look at the post man

First off, Iā€™m a girl, second off, donā€™t keep talking about that part of the text, as it will get the whole topic off-topic.

So why talk about GUIHelpr in this article in the first place then? Itā€™s not my problem you started it.

(Itā€™s based off of Commander fyi)

yes am chicken (the name of the placeholder text)

Look, this looks pretty much the same as commander and the only difference is that you changed the system message, could of used gui helper but I kind of doubt this. Every single one of the posts you make about stuff you made seems like a legit copy of something or an open sourced system. And even if you did make it why would you copy another admins ui, not the smartest thing to do, you have to make products different from others.

FYI: GUIHelpr is now abandoned. I will not develop GUIHelpr and currently am pursuing on other projects.

Something is coming soon(October 14, 2022 3:01 PM) from me though, stay tuned :smirk:

To clarify this: there will be prebuilt functions for usage in user plugins, you will be able to create custom commands and edit your own stylesheet. There are currently only two prebuilt themes, dark and light.

I havenā€™t quite gotten to how user plugins will be structured, but whenever I get to that point Iā€™ll provide an update. However, checking a users specific rank, assuming youā€™re talking about groups rather than permission scopes, will still be handled by Robloxā€™s built in functions. However, in the future, we may develop a more advanced system to manage groups.

Right now it doesnā€™t make enough sense nor do I feel as the need is high enough to warrant such. However, if you were specifically talking about permission scopes, refer to my first sentence in the following ā€œto clarify.ā€

Iā€™d also like to give my take on this reply, itā€™s not possible for her to violate Commanderā€™s copyright or takedown notice for using some stylistic inspiration based off an open source, MIT licensed software. Furthermore, the author of Commander is aware of this product.

Iā€™m hoping the UI will be furthered finished soon, I agree it somewhat resembles Commander in some ways; however, in others it does not.

Hello, and welcome to the forums! Your post confused me a bit and I just wanted to clarify.

This confuses me a little, because this project is led by @Jessica, what did you mean by that?

Sincerely,
@peter

Oh, I had the site set to French and it wrote the post in French. Sorry about that, let me re-write.

Iā€™m the lead programmer. If Iā€™m understanding youā€™re confused on whoā€™s leading the project? Sorry, my French is a little rough ā€“ havenā€™t used it in a while. @Jessica is still the project lead and designing the user interface, Iā€™m simply programming most of it.

Ah, okay, that makes more sense.

Sorry, I more so meant that Sven is the lead developer and I had no idea other people contributed so I was a bit confused to how you knew that, for a second I thought you were the owner of commander.

Sorry for the confusion.

No worries, One of my friends owns Commander, sheā€™s currently in the process of redoing it under ā€˜Commander 5ā€™ rather than Commander 4 or Canary, but I donā€™t, Iā€™ve helped a little on Commander 4 but not that much.

Me and cypher are doing really well on Venture so far, expect it to be out within a month or two, may be delayed depending on events.

More development is currently being done, @cypherpheonix is focusing on the backend, and I am focusing on the frontend.
