You’re forgetting the fact that you need to be 18+ to use ROBLOX’s voice chat feature, and you need to verify via your photo ID.

I know I know! You must be 18 but developers are able to disable Voice Chat from their game.

Ah, ok … when might this feature be available, though? I’ve heard it was available on iOS under Privacy yet I haven’t seen the option to enable ROBLOX vc.

They are introducing a verification system to prove your 13+, also abusing the vc system can lead to serious punishments.

They do, passport, school enrolment. ect ect.

Can the third-party verification softwares be trusted? You must make sure it’s a secure service before giving them your personal information.

yea no, im not trusting ANY company with my passport let alone my other personal information, also @Noah i’m aware you’re in the developer beta tester program, I have 2 questions:

  1. How did you get in?
  2. Did you actually need to verify age before using it? if so what did you use to verify your age?

Yeah, it can. If Roblox hired these people for verification, they are 100% legit and won’t do anything with your IDs. Roblox is worth 38 billion dollars which is insane. IF they did hire a scam id checker, you would be able to act on it.

Im not using my passport, just school enrolment.

  1. I a applied. They should open apps soon.

  2. I was already accepted, I think they used previous data to verify my age, I never had to send something, but I have had multiple accounts for a long time so they managed to verify me above 13, probs some algorithm that does it.
