Anti Exploits & Exploits what do you think about them?

??? Huh, what I sent was an example; If your meaning my anti exploit its one of the bests and more then 200+ tested it
only 2 bypasses were found which were fixed immediatley.

I don’t think your anti exploit is good, some anti exploits ban the user from the game to prevent them from joining back on that account, and they will stop joining that game on alts because they know they are going to get banned. Where your anti exploit keeps the user in the same position, which I don’t think is good as you are going to drive players away if they purchase a gamepass which is a speed coil or 2x speed.

If there is a speed coil or 2x speed gamepass as long as the speed is changed on the server they won’t be detected.

(this is a bug with falling gets you teleported back but it was fixed in the up coming version which is now getting QA Tested)

There will never be a “good” anti-exploit. As it is against Roblox ToS, they didn’t think to add a script into all studio maps to save people time. Roblox could easily avoid this by adding a script into all studio maps to prevent these exploiters ruining the experience. People waste hours on end to make an anti exploit for it to then avoid the job it’s doing, in the end it prevents admins from flying around the map or admins speeding themself.

Not If you have mechanic compatibility tags, whitelists, admin integration, etc

Making anti exploits are not againts ToS…

Exploiting can be illegal in some cases. For example, the Log4j vulnerability is currently being exploited, and it’s pretty much illegal.

Quit the self promotion and acknowledge your anti-exploit is terrible. All of them are, your ‘anti-exploit’ wont stop all exploits,

It is difficult to intergrate with admin as most dont provide guides on it.

There will be more and some wont be able to be fixed, just cut it with the self promotion, it isn’t great.

So going to your anti exploit game, it is quite terrible as david points out. I try to join on a new account (well over a month old) and it kicks me because it’s “to new”. Please. If you’re going to create an anti-exploit, at least make it better and not sell it for 7k.

Yup, I think this anti exploit business is just a robux-grabbing scheme at the moment. None of them work, the free ones, the paid ones. Basically any one.

The only ways for exploiting to stop is:

  • for Roblox to add better anti-exploit
    Or
  • the exploiters just stop

But none of these will work, as
A) Roblox is lazy to do anything regarding exploting, just terminated it if someone gives evidence, which rarely do.
B) The exploiters want money and Robux and will not stop distributing their software/scripts unless they get arrested, which is really rare.

Look at synpase x for example, they have made LOADS because people are sad to go round to go exploiting and ruining the experience.
The anti-exploit market is a pyramid scheme atm, like most developers have one to get rich, I do, but I don’t take advantage of it.

Anti-Exploits are never going to work.

The issue is, you may always find a patch, the hackers will always find a work-around, it’s just a wild cat and mouse chase, there is no end, we keep trying, they keep renewing, people will just be “fighting” until the end of roblox time :clock1: .

Did you test it even??? Its fully serversided and as you said “they can easily delete/disable it” (from an diffrent post) they cannot since its on the server, nothing is on the client.

Your right about that, thought they’re actively patched and the only way there will be bugs is if the code was written bad, since its fully serversided its almost impossible to bypass.

Okay so It can’t stop all exploits but it stops alot of Coregui exploits (advanced package, not available in the testing place), alot of physic exploits.

It teleports me down, I’ve never seen ladder flicking being against rules on any servers of any type, so I’m a little confused on how this is detected - might want to add this onto the todo list :clipboard: .

I’m sorry, but no anti exploit will be able to work well. There will always be false positives, or something the system won’t catch. Making anti-exploits is a losing game. No matter how much you rename, speeding detection, remote event cooldowns it won’t be perfect. Your anti-exploit isn’t as perfect as many think. No exploit is as perfect as anyone thinks.
