If you’ve been following along with the Roblox Talent Hub official release post on the DevForum, you probably know that many people appear to be criticizing the Talent Hub.
In this post, I’ll go over the main reasons why this is still happening.
So, the top reason from many users is that the UI is designed poorly and is very inefficent. I agree with this, too, as you could probably tell the UI isn’t the best design in the world. Although it may be decent, Roblox’s team should have taken in more feedback before it’s public release and take this into consideration.
The second reason is navigation. Currently, it is extremely hard and difficult to navigate through the “Inbox” tab, as it gets cluttered up and even withdrawed or rejected messages don’t get deleted at all. It’s also not very easy to use a few features here and there, they usually require several clicks to get to a page.
Now, the third reason is the lack of image uploading techniques, description text limits, and moderated text. Currently, the only way to upload images is to upload it via an external cloud service and use the markdown technique to upload images to a job post, which is just a pain to do. Text limits are an issue when it comes to writing in your bio and explaining the details for a job in a job post. As for moderation, sending messages with Discord usernames and tags in them, for example, are always tagged and causes extreme difficulties communicating. Because of this, many developers are saying that the “collaboration” category was better.

My opinion is well. It’s trash. First of all. As you said, inbox is broken. Second, gui is strange and horrible. And third, finding a a job is impossible. I can’t find any translation job for me, it’s literally Impossible.
I think the Talent Hub is a great place for developers to look for jobs that consist of big money. I have found jobs on there that I would be perfect at but still denied due to me not being experienced enough and that’s why developers are mad at the Talent Hub due to them not having enough experience.

I think you can’t find a job due to many games being in English on Roblox and Roblox has an auto translation feature in their games so you can have any language on there. I mainly use English on my Roblox games, but in the past I’ve used Swedish and Spanish for those around the world that might not understand the language my game implements.
I translate games into Spanish, not into english, and well yeah theres an auto translation to translate into Spanish and other languages, but still it’s pretty bad, it looks like google translate.
There is that, I would personally hire some translators soon, but again, most games don’t have a use for translation as they have one language set on the game or it’s a country based game .
Yeah, with all my commissions it’s pay first and then the build or whatever I’ve done to prevent scamming. People think I’m going to scam them but for the amount of Robux I get paid from this, I feel stupid trying to serve them.
